Accessibility on this site
We want this site to work for everyone, including people who use a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, or need more contrast. We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.
What we do. Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus. Headings are in order and the page structure is marked up so screen readers can navigate it. Images have text descriptions. Text and background colors meet the AA contrast ratio. Text can be resized to 200 percent without losing content. Nothing flashes or plays on its own; the small fade-in effects as you scroll are turned off when your system asks for reduced motion. Forms have visible labels, and errors are described in words next to the field.
Where we fall short. We know of no barriers on this site at the date below. The last review tested every page with a keyboard and with automated checks (axe, Lighthouse), and checked the names, roles and landmarks that screen readers are given to announce. We have not yet run a full session with VoiceOver or TalkBack; if you use one and something fails, the address below reaches us.
Tell us. If something on this site doesn’t work for you, email hello@solotravelersgreece.com with the page and what happened. We read every message and we fix what we can.
