What this site is. solotravelersgreece.com is run by [company name], trading as Solo Travelers Greece, Athens, Greece (GEMI [number], VAT EL[number]). It describes our small-group trips in Greece and lets you join an email list to hear about them. At the moment, nothing is sold on this site. When bookings open, the booking terms for each trip, including prices, payments and cancellation, will be published on that trip’s page before you pay, and they will govern the booking.

The information here. We write the destination pages and guides ourselves and keep them current, but opening hours, ferry timetables, prices and entrance fees are set by others and change. Check them before you rely on them. Nothing on this site is a promise about a specific departure; the program of each departure is published with its dates. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss that comes from relying on information on this site.

Our content. The text and design of this site belong to us. The photographs are, for now, by other photographers under Creative Commons licenses; each one is credited, with its license, on the photo credits page, and you can reuse those under the terms of their licenses. You can share links to our pages freely. Please don’t copy our text or design to other sites without asking.

Links. Pages on this site link to other sites, such as ferry operators and museums. We don’t control them and we’re not responsible for what they say or do.

Email lists. When you join a list, you’ll get what the form said and nothing else, and you can leave with one click. Details are on the privacy page.

Changes. We may update these terms; the date at the top changes with them, and the version published when you use the site applies.

Law. These terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute about this site goes to the courts of Athens, Greece, without affecting consumer rights you have where you live.
